Hirosaki Arts Pollinationは、津軽・弘前という土地を再発見する市民参加型の地方展覧会です。本展ではアーティストや鑑賞者を、りんごが結実する仕組みになぞらえて、植物の花粉を運び受粉させる「ポリネーター（送粉者）」と解釈しています。ミッションは、アーティストたちの眼差しとこの地の歴史、文化、産業、風土を掛け合わせながら津軽という惑星を複眼的に捉えるとともに、新たな気づきや明日につながるエネルギーをわたしたちの心に実らせること。彫刻、グラフィック、音楽など様々なジャンルで活動する14組の表現者との共振により、多様な津軽の姿を浮き彫りにしていきます。

Hirosaki Arts Pollination is a local exhibition with citizen participation that rediscovers the land of Tsugaru and Hirosaki. In this exhibition, artists and visitors become "pollinators" who carry pollen from plant to plant, patterned after the way apple trees bear fruit.The mission of this exhibition is to combine the eyes of the artists with the history, culture, industry, and climate of the region, to capture a planet called Tsugaru from a multifaceted perspective, and to bring new insights and energy for tomorrow into our hearts.The resonating works of 14 groups of artists, active in various genres such as sculpture, graphics, and music, bring to light the diversity of Tsugaru.

点と点が結びついて出来ているシンボルは、アートを媒介にヒト・モノ・コトが結びつくことを表現しています。本展同様、シンボルマークも多様に結合していくデザインシステムとなっています。
